Daniel Springston's approach to photography is driven by an innate desire to craft compelling images that captivate viewers and invite a second look.

He sees fashion, still life, and fine art photography as inherently interconnected, all beginning with a blank, transparent canvas. Their orchestration begins when elements, concepts, and intentions take shape. With a vast array of tools at his disposal, Daniel carefully selects those that best serve the goal, always opting for the most efficient path.

His strength lies in integrating different photographic genres with key elements within a conceptual framework to achieve the desired outcome. The result is typically striking and, at times, extraordinarily beautiful.

Daniel regularly contributes to many jewelry and fashion magazines and has photographed more than 100 magazine covers. He works closely with a variety of luxury brands, including Rolex, Harry Winston, Etro, Breitling, Cartier, Scott Kay, Bell & Ross, David Yurman, IWC, Mikimoto, Patek Philippe, Zegna, etc...

Daniel’s personal photography projects are documented expeditions that have taken him around the Earth several times and far beyond. His art projects have been featured in several magazines, including American Photographer.

When not photographing in New York City, Daniel works in his Catskill Mountain Studio in Windham, NY.

Daniel’s interests extend beyond photography; when not behind a camera, he is an avid outdoorsman and world traveler, a bicyclist, hiker, skier, and sailor. For relaxation, he prefers to sit in a garden and smell the roses.
